Whilst most of our work is before the courts and tribunals, we regularly handle:
- Arbitration: the majority of our work in this area relates to international arbitration in a wide variety of largely commercial disputes and we also handle domestic arbitration (eg relating to rent reviews, tied houses, covenants).
- Mediation: all our barristers are skilled in providing effective mediator advocacy and pre-mediation preparation services. We also have a number of specialist property mediators who can help guide the parties in their negotiations to an effective resolution of their dispute.
