About this Job:
Tanfield is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Digital Legal Content Executive. This is a newly created, full-time role offering the opportunity to shape and grow our marketing function. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, marketing consultant, barristers, and senior staff to deliver and develop our marketing strategy.
The role is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 0 – 3 years UK work experience looking to build a career in legal marketing. We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds and are committed to supporting the right individual’s development.

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent writing and organisational skills. They will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and will bring creativity and initiative to the role.
Essential:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience managing websites (ideally WordPress)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Experience in marketing (not necessarily legal)
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools
- Experience producing or editing digital content
