Phillip Aliker assisted in training run by the Uganda Law Society on the positioning Uganda as an attractive seat for International Arbitration. The keynote speaker was Justice Egonda-Ntende, Justice of the Court of Appeal in Uganda.
Phillip sat on a panel looking specifically at the topic of seat theory and what determines the choice of seat of arbitration.
