Overview
Rhys commenced his Pupillage in September 2025 and is currently under the supervision of Martin Young, having previously been supervised by Carl Fain and Sam Madge-Wyld. Now in his practising second six, he is quickly building a busy practice across the full range of Chambers’ practice areas.
Rhys has particular experience in all forms of possession proceedings, disrepair matters, breach of covenant disputes, service charge disputes, injunctions, and winding up petitions.
He has also undertaken work relating to regulated mortgage contracts, TOLATA 1996, right to manage, enfranchisement, party walls, the Building Safety Act 2022, and civil fraud.
Rhys read Jurisprudence at Trinity College, University of Oxford, before completing his Bar Course at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy.
