The Court of Appeal has granted the Claimant permission to appeal in
Christopher Heather to be appointed Queen’s Counsel
Tanfield Chambers is delighted to announce Christopher Heather’s appointment as Queen’s Counsel in February 2017.
Recognised by Chambers & Partners as “pragmatic, technically sound and extremely helpful and proactive” Christopher is further reported for being “calm under pressure, well prepared and good on his feet” as well as “quick to understand the client’s priorities and aims”.
Christopher has a broad real estate expertise, handling cases concerning easements, boundaries, industrial estates and restaurants, amongst others. He is particularly known for his expertise in professional negligence and enfranchisement work.
