The Electronic Communications Code: A Practical Guide

Kerry Bretherton KC, Mark Loveday and James Castle have delivered the 2nd edition of their book ‘The Electronic Communications Code: A Practical Guide’ to their publisher today.

The 2nd edition of the book incorporates amendments to the legislation, most notably the new TILPA applications against non-responsive occupants of land under a new s4A of the Code as well as consideration of the many cases on the Code over the last few years.

Publication will be in May 2023.
