Nicholas Isaac KC and Katie Gray will be speaking at the all day virtual P&T National Conference on the 6th November 2024, on “Easements & Surveyors’ Jurisdiction to Interfere’.

Nicholas and Katie will be discussing the tension between easements enjoyed by adjoining owners – such as rights of eavesdrop, light, air or drainage – and the party wall surveyors’ jurisdiction to authorise interference with such easements by building owners, whether on a temporary or permanent basis, under the Party Wall etc Act 1996.
