    • Tanfield Talks ‘Butler and Bowker on the BSA’ is now available on all major podcast platforms. They discuss some of the latest developments in the caselaw under the Building Safety Act, and what might be expected in this area in 2025. Avaliable on all major podcast platforms here.
    • The Tanfield Spring Conference 2023 was entitled “A day with the BSA”.  You can see a copy of the programme here and an introductory video here.  All the talks were recorded and those recordings, along with the handouts and slides, can be purchased for £100 + VAT.  Please contact Lydia Benaicha if you are interested.
    • The Tanfield Junior Property Autumn Conference on 31st October 2023 – “Nightmares for Property Litigators – the things that keep you up at night & how to deal with them” also covered some of the issues coming up under the BSA.
