Overview

Birgitta has considerable experience in chancery/commercial work. Over the years, her practice has covered most aspects of insolvency and company law. Usually acting as sole counsel, Birgitta is regularly instructed in disputes between shareholders and in cases brought by and against office-holders of insolvent companies or individuals.
