Overview

Birgitta is very experienced in the field of chancery/commercial, with long-standing particular expertise in insolvency. Her practice regularly concerns disputes between shareholders and/or issues concerning the duties of company directors. She had also dealt with most aspects of company and personal insolvency, including proceedings brought by or against officeholders, receivership, administration, CVAs, IVAs and CDDA proceedings.

Usually acting as sole counsel, Birgitta is trusted as an excellent and thorough barrister who is a persuasive advocate with a great manner with clients. Comfortable acting for professional clients, individuals and/or companies, Birgitta is enjoyable to work with and is a good choice for complex cases.

Insolvency

2024:
