Point West v Bassi – another success for Daniel Dovar in the Upper Tribunal

Following Daniel’s success a few months ago in February in Rotenberg v Point West [2019] UKUT 0068 (detailed here), Daniel Dovar has succeeded again in the Upper Tribunal in the case Point West v Bassi [2019] UKUT 137 (LC), with wide ranging issues from the scope and jurisdiction of a tribunal during a review process to some new law on the application of time limits under s.20B.
