This book provides an easy to read guide as to how property owners in England and Wales can go about working out where the boundary between their own and their neighbour’s property is. Written for the layman, it also provides valuable information for property professionals, particularly surveyors, who have to deal with boundary issues in their working lives.
The book tells you what documents you need to look at, what other evidence might be helpful or relevant, and helps you avoid common mistakes. It also gives you useful tips as to avoiding boundary disputes escalating into legal proceedings, and how to resolve such disputes if they have already gone that far.
