In this fifth talk of a series of remote presentations, Daniel Dovar and James Castle address the knotty issues that may arise as to both whether and how the parties to a lease can deviate from the prescribed service charge machinery and if they do so, how once the pandemic has ended (or at least abated), can a return to the old normal be brought about.
