The Court of Appeal has granted the Claimant permission to appeal in
Tanfield Property Law Seminars
Appearing first in Birmingham, Brisol and Essex in May, Tanfield’s property specialists will guide local solicitors and property professionals through the challenges presented by mixed-use developments.
Mixed-use developments can prove problematic for even the most experienced developers and investors. Tanfield hopes these seminars will help delegates gain a better understanding of the rights, acts and management surrounding mixed-use developments.

These seminars will be morning sessions lasting 09:30-13:30 with lunch and will be charged at £60 per person (with an early bird rate of £30).
They will take place on the following dates:

- 12th May – The Watershed, Bristol
- 24th May – Civic Centre, Chelmsford
