Piers Harrison and Michael Walsh to write The Law of Mortgages of Real Property

Piers Harrison and Michael Walsh are pleased to announce that they are to write the first edition of The Law of Mortgages of Real Property, which will be published by Wildy, Simmonds and Hill.

This book is a demonstration of their extensive expertise and experience in the field of mortgages and follows a successful and busy year in which they co-edited Megarry’s Manual of the Law of Real Property.

Publication is expected to be early in 2016.
