The issues caused by Japanese knotweed continue to create headaches and headlines.
Mark Loveday recently took part in a TalkTV discussion which arose in the light of the success Mark Davis had in suing Bridgend County Borough Council. He was awarded £300,000 for damage to his property as a result of the BCBC failing to contain Japanese knotweed growing on their land.
