Ellodie Gibbons is delighted to be co-hosting the 20th ALEP Conference along with Anna Favre of Pemberton Greenish.

The conference theme is “The Anatomy of a Claim” with Mark Loveday and Nicola Muir presenting the final part covering:

Agreeing terms and getting the deal done – with a particular focus on agreeing terms (as covered in the recent cases of St Anselm v Bolton and Greenpine Investments v Howard de Walden) and what amounts to a term of acquisition.
