More than a just a blog, Law and Lease is a searchable database of service charge decisions from the Upper Tribunal and courts of record. It has useful rule-by-rule commentary on the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) Rules 2013/1169, and, since its creation in July 2012, has become a popular resource for the property management community, not least because it is written in a clear, light-hearted style.
