Overview
Robyn has a broad property litigation practice covering all aspects of landlord & tenant and real property. She also undertakes instructions in general chancery, including trusts, contentious and non-contentious probate.
Robyn regularly appears led and unled in the County Court, First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and the High Court (Chancery Division). She has also represented clients in the Court of Appeal.
In 2024 the Attorney General appointed Robyn to the London B Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown. As Counsel to the Crown, Robyn advises and represents HM Government in her specialist practice areas. She has recently represented the Secretary of State in a judicial review of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024, as part of a counsel team led by Sir James Eadie KC.
Robyn has particular expertise and experience in the following:

- Restrictive freehold covenants;

- Enfranchisement;
- Business lease renewals (Landlord and Tenant Act 1954);

Prior to coming to the Bar, Robyn worked in the business and commercial team of the International Bar Association, based in Europe and North America.
