Overview
Rhys commenced his Pupillage in September 2025 and is currently under the supervision of Sam Madge-Wyld, having previously been supervised by Carl Fain. Now in his practising second six, he accepts instructions across the full range of Chambers’ practice areas.
To date Rhys has gained experience in a wide range of matters including issues relating to service charges, boundary disputes, regulated mortgage contracts, TOLATA 1996, right to manage, enfranchisement, party walls, the Building Safety Act 2022, civil fraud, and possession proceedings.
Rhys read Jurisprudence at Trinity College, University of Oxford, before completing his Bar Course at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy.
